Our concept idea:
Our concept idea was the creation of a residence which would combine the classic with the modern philosophy in such a way so to create a harmonious structure placed in an angular plot. Tow wings placed at the first edge of the plot in order to maintain the balance of the form. The rest building developed as semi-classic volumes with regional symmetry.
The synthesis is accomplished with the use of natural materials and colours on the walls and the floors, inside and out. The openings combined with the targeted orientation and the vertical or horizontal shading devices aimed at the creation of an environmental and sustainable architecture.
Internally of the plot the building is hugging the backyard, landscaped properly with plenty of free space.
