The site is located on the top of a hill in Kannavia village, gaining a magnificent view of troodos mountain range and a great amount of sunlight. During the first visit of the architect on the site he realized that in the site were planned some bushes in such a way that they were showing respect to the shape of the earth. With the way that the bushes were plant they were accommodated by the inclination of the hill. In the same way the volumes of the house were placed on that hill.
The house has a dynamic shape composing beautifully a modern, a classical and a traditional style harmoniously.
The building volumes give the sense that the building is a bird ready to fly having the dynamic edge where the balcony is.
The ground floor is consisted by the living room, dining room, a the kitchen and a guest room.
On the top floor there are four bedrooms in the internal and a balcony at the external. On the dining room there is a hole on the celling which lets the hot air to go out cooling this way the space.
On the external ground floor, there is a playing area for the children and a swimming pool.
