Our concept idea:
The site is located on a plain area where there are houses with a certain type of architecture. This residence is designed in such a way in order to provide a family but also a romantic shelter. Physically and mentally it creates a sense of enjoyment. In order to make that happen a number of points were scheduled.
The ground floor is consisted by the kitchen, two living rooms, a playroom, dining room and a lounge. Externally the swimming pool is placed in a point that allows to be viewed from all the internal spaces. The relation between the internal and external spaces is succeeded by the use of big transparent facades. The use of glass on the west orientation allows controlled the sunlight to enter the space deep in the house. The first floor is consisted by three bedrooms and three terraces. It is important to mention the relaxing spot where the garden provide a magnificent view from everywhere.
The wavy axe in the center of the house guides you through the spaces and also divides the plan in two zones. From the one site the semipublic space and from the other, the private sector. In the central space of the house where the staircase is placed, a wall falling water structure refers to the love of the owners with nature elements. The way which the house is design invites the user to dance through the wavy spaces exploring another dimension of architecture.
