Lime-Leaf House in Agia Varvara

Our concept idea:

This house designed for two agriculturists and is positioned in the village of Agia Varvara near Nicosia, to an airy region.

The concept is a composition of a theoretical plan of a “Lime tree leaf” combined with the aimed functionality. An upper volume is creating a shaded yard used during summer and winter. The view from the ground living room is oriented towards the internal plants yard, maintaining the interrelation of the internal and  external spaces. The upper floor bedrooms are facing both the south orientation providing the induction of the necessary light internally.
