Our concept idea:
The proposal created after the demand of a client to design one of the residences.
Our team in order to maintain equilibrium to a virgin forest area, tried to face the one’s residence project as part of a complex, creating three different residences with similar characteristics. At the end the idea was to place any residence to any space of the linear plots of the area with such a way to maintain the aimed design dynamic, harmony and functionality.
The new geometries are introduced to the upper slide ground providing dynamic structures with emphasis to the privacy of each residence.
The equilibrium of the dynamic geometrical volumes is succeeded by separating the houses horizontally to the public and family sector.
The extensive use of glass aims to the interrelation of the inside out spaces. The big openings behave like the contact interface of the two spaces, filtering the climate conditions.
