Our concept idea:
Our innovative new City called E-Shell City designed in the area of Middle East with the proper Orientation and Design for each building.
This project is a multipurpose project companing facilities as offices, residences, trade buildings, dinning spaces, medical spaces and external leisure facilities.
The target of this project is to work as an autonomous and sustainable professional Complex providing to the users the ability to live and work in a united area.
The project is composed of 5 different areas and kinds of buildings: A 50 storey height tower, the Mall, the Helix Offices, Seven 15 storey height buildings for office use and perimetrically with the 4 floor exclusive appartments.
